Telehealth Ally (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website as an independent telehealth comparison and research platform. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

We are not a healthcare provider and do not collect or store protected health information (PHI) as defined under HIPAA. We are not a covered entity under HIPAA.

• Contact inquiries. If you contact us by email or through a contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Email newsletter. If you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address.

• Usage data. We use analytics tools (including Google Analytics) to collect information about how visitors use our site — pages visited, time on site, referral source, and general geographic region. This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

Provider referral links

We earn referral fees from some providers when you click through — this revenue does not influence our rankings or editorial coverage.

4. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and email correspondence for up to two years. Email newsletter subscriptions are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics’ default retention settings (26 months). Server logs are retained for 90 days.

5. Your Rights

California residents have the right to: (1) know what personal information we collect about you; (2) request deletion of your personal information; (3) opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information); and (4) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have provided to us by emailing privacy@telehealthally.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our site is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
