Terms of Service

Effective date: March 28, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Telehealth Ally website located at telehealthally.com. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. About Telehealth Ally

Telehealth Ally is an independent comparison and research platform for telehealth services. We publish reviews, comparisons, pricing data, and clinical guides to help consumers make informed decisions about telehealth providers and GLP-1 medications.

We are not a healthcare provider, insurer, pharmacy, or medical practice. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. No doctor-patient, pharmacist-patient, or other healthcare professional relationship is created by your use of this site.

2. Telehealth and Medical Disclaimer

Important: Not Medical Advice

Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or a recommendation to use any specific medication or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, stopping, or changing any treatment, including GLP-1 medications.

Specifically:

  • Content about GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide, orforglipron, etc.) is for informational purposes only. Dosing, titration, and side effect information reflects published clinical and prescribing information — it does not substitute for personalized guidance from a prescriber.
  • Provider reviews and comparisons reflect publicly available information and verified patient experiences at the time of publication. Individual outcomes vary. We do not endorse any specific provider.
  • Pricing information is sourced from providers’ published rates. Prices change frequently — verify current pricing directly with the provider before making any financial or treatment decision.
  • FDA approval statuses and clinical trial results reflect information available at the time of publication. Regulatory status can change; always verify with the FDA or your prescriber.

3. Editorial Independence

Telehealth Ally is editorially independent. We earn revenue through referral fees when users click through to providers. This revenue does not influence provider rankings, review scores, or editorial content. Providers cannot pay for favorable coverage. Our methodology is published at telehealthally.com/about#methodology.

4. Use of the Site

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content without our written permission
  • Republish, redistribute, or commercially exploit our content without attribution and permission
  • Attempt to interfere with the site’s security or functionality
  • Submit false or misleading information (e.g., in patient review submissions)

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including text, data, graphics, provider comparisons, and proprietary scoring methodology — is owned by or licensed to Telehealth Ally. You may share individual articles for personal, non-commercial use with attribution. All other reproduction requires written permission.

6. Third-Party Links

This site contains links to telehealth providers and other third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party site. A link does not constitute an endorsement.

7. Accuracy and Content Updates

We make reasonable efforts to keep pricing, protocol, and provider information current. Telehealth is a fast-moving industry — pricing and availability can change without notice. We publish last-updated dates on major content pages and maintain a regular review schedule, but we cannot guarantee that all information is current at the moment you read it.

If you notice outdated or inaccurate information, please contact us at legal@telehealthally.com.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Telehealth Ally and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or its content — including any healthcare decisions made in reliance on information published here.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Contact

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

If a dispute arises between you and Telehealth Ally relating to your use of this site, we both agree to resolve it through binding arbitration rather than in court, except as described below.

Arbitration will be conducted under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will take place in the State of Delaware or within 100 miles of your residence, at your choice. Each party will bear its own costs, and the arbitrator’s decision will be final and enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Class action waiver: You and Telehealth Ally each waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration related to this site or these terms.

Opt-out right: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first use of the site by sending written notice to legal@telehealthally.com. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of arbitration.

Small claims exception:Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim falls within that court’s jurisdiction. For all non-arbitrable matters, Section 10 (Governing Law) applies.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Telehealth Ally, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and contractors from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of these terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
  • Your misuse of this site or its content

15. Copyright Infringement (DMCA)

  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed
  • The location (URL) of the allegedly infringing material on our site

  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf

We are in the process of registering a designated DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. If you receive a counter-notification from us, you will have 10 business days to file a court action before we restore the removed content.

16. Force Majeure

Telehealth Ally shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms when caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, acts of government, network or infrastructure outages, pandemics, or other force majeure events. Our obligations will be suspended for the duration of any such event.

17. Limitations Period

Any claim or cause of action arising from or related to your use of this site or these terms must be brought within one (1) year after the event giving rise to the claim. Claims not brought within this period are permanently barred.

18. Notice for California Consumers

If you are a California resident, you may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by telephone at (800) 952-5210.

You may also contact us directly at legal@telehealthally.com.

19. FTC Disclosure and Review Integrity

Telehealth Ally may earn referral compensation when users click through to telehealth providers listed on this site. This compensation does not influence our editorial rankings, review scores, or any other editorial content. Our review methodology is designed to serve readers, not advertisers.

Patient reviews submitted to our platform must represent genuine treatment experiences. Reviewers must disclose any material connection to the provider being reviewed. We reserve the right to remove reviews that appear to be incentivized, fraudulent, or otherwise in violation of FTC guidelines on endorsements and testimonials.

20. Terms of Sale (Future)

As of the date of these terms, Telehealth Ally does not sell products or services directly to consumers. This section governs any such transactions if they are introduced in the future.

If Telehealth Ally offers products or services for direct purchase in the future, the following terms will apply:

  • We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders at our discretion.
  • Pricing is subject to change without notice. If we discover a pricing error, we will correct it and notify you before fulfilling the order.
  • All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refund policies will be posted at the time of purchase.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase.
  • By submitting a payment, you authorize Telehealth Ally to charge the payment method provided.
