Our estimates are based on publicly available list prices, manufacturer savings card data, and reported pharmacy pricing across all 50 states. We do not receive compensation from any GLP-1 manufacturer.
Insurance coverage: Coverage varies dramatically by plan. Many employer plans exclude GLP-1s for weight loss (as of 2026). We flag when your plan type is unlikely to cover a medication.
