For context: Hims charges $199/mo all-in for compounded semaglutide. Hello Alpha's brand-name-only approach means patients could pay $79/mo (membership) + $349+/mo (Wegovy cash-pay through manufacturer programs) — at best ~$428/mo, more than double the compounded alternative.
